Attached are the important forms for YOU to complete for band this year. We need them as soon as possible! These are the forms VITAL for our volunteers! There are versions in both English AND Spanish.

Even if you have already turned in these forms for this year, please resubmit them. In the bustle of the summer, they were misplaced, and we want everyone to be covered!

Mr. Duff is keeping an eye peeled for these - send them in the first day of Band Camp!
