Sales tax form
The band is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and does not pay sales tax. If you're making a purchase for the band (concession items, supplies, etc.) you MUST give this certificate to the business to avoid paying sales tax. You will NOT be reimbursed for sales tax.
