Guidelines for the Paschal High School Band Boosters Holiday Gift Market

  1. • Merchants are solely responsible for their merchandise, property, business transactions, and collecting and reporting of Texas sales tax.

  2. • Set up hours will begin Friday at 7:00pm until 9:00pm, and Saturday morning at 7:00am. All set up must be completed by 8:45am.

  3. • All booths must remain open, manned, and ready for business during show hours. Breakdown may begin at 4:00pm on Saturday and must be completed by 6:00pm. Packing and leaving while shoppers are still onsite looks very unprofessional, so please plan to be with us until closing.

  4. • All tables must be covered to the floor (preferably fabric) and all packing material must be concealed to create a professional appearance. Please make sure that no items are outside your booth space. Aisles must remain clear for safety.

  5. • Only the sale and promotion of your approved items are allowed. You must have a product to sell – no advertisement-only booths. Sales activity cannot take place outside of your reserved space, and distribution of information or samples in any other location is prohibited. Booth sharing or subletting is strictly prohibited.

  6. • We ask that all vendors dress appropriately for a Christmas gift market.

  7. The Fire Marshal will not allow burning candles.

  8. • No sound equipment may be used.

  9. • Be sure to bring all necessary equipment for loading and unloading. Each space must be completely clear of all items, including trash after the market.

  10. • Security personnel will be on duty from Friday evening through the show on Saturday. However, it is your responsibility to prevent theft, damage and accidents in your booth space. All credit card merchants should be aware that there are people at these types of events who will use stolen credit cards. Please take all precautions to protect your belongings, merchandise and yourself.

  11. • This is a non-smoking facility.

  12. • Free parking will be provided for your personal vehicles and trailers onsite.

  13. • If you have reserved electricity, please bring extension cords and surge protectors.  The distance to the outlet varies from booth to booth.

FWISD and Paschal High School are not responsible for liability of any kind for any loss, injury or damage of any kind to the merchant or merchant’s property or merchandise. All expenses of transporting, packing, unpacking and insuring vendor’s property or merchandise shall be the responsibility of the merchant. The Paschal Band Boosters reserve the right to cancel the Holiday Gift Market at any time. The only liability we have to the merchant in the event of such cancellation shall be the refund of fees paid prior to cancellation. FWISD and Paschal High School shall not be responsible for the loss of goods, merchandise, displays or other materials resulting from fire, flood, theft, vandalism, acts of nature or any other cause. Merchants are hereby advised that FWISD and Paschal High School will not carry insurance to cover damage or loss sustained by merchants, their personnel, and/or guests.

INVITATION TO CUSTOMERS: This is a small invitation that you can hand out or mail to your customers to let them know you'll be at the Paschal Gift Market. It's a simple black and white PDF and there are two side-by-side on an 8.5 x 11. We suggest you Xerox onto color stock.

EMAIL INVITATION: This is a lovely digital postcard that you can email to all your favorite people. It is a JPEG that you can also put up on your website.
