Calling all elves, time to sign up

It is time to sign up to help with the Gift Market!! This is one of our 2 biggest fundraisers and it is so much fun, but we need lots and lots of helpers!

All the spots are very easy. For example:

Vendor Care- is there to help vendors with any needs that come up. The students are the runners and you are the coordinator.

Java Joes- you are selling coffee and giving out samples. It would help to be a coffee lover.

Parking lot- Since there is a TCU game we need at least one manly man to keep people out that are just parking for the TCU game (bus will pick up on Panther alley) We will give you a chair!!

Greeter- sit at the door, smile and greet and get folks to fill out a door prize ticket and give them a vendor list

Set up and take down are self evident. Lots of carrying things around and fun decorating.

Please, please sign up!! You do not even have to be an approved chaperone to help out!! And if you are going to the TCU game, jump now for the early slots!!

Start your ovens!

It's time to sign up for donations for the PHS Band Bake Sale booth! Last year we made more than $1,000 from your baked goods.

MySignup for bake sale here.

We are asking that EVERY BAND FAMILY commit to bringing a beautifully baked and packaged item for the sale. (Perhaps you can also enlist the help of a friend, neighbor, in-law or "out-law" who enjoys baking too!) Items should be delivered to the bake sale booth @ PHS no later than 8:00am on Saturday November 19th.

You might ask "What kinds of things should we bake?" Some suggestions: homemade breads (HUGE sellers!), cakes, cookies, fudge, fruit pies, biscotti, pound cake, gingerbread, candies, and anything else you can think of! Please package them attractively to grab the eye of potential buyers. For easily individualized items, you might consider packaging some of them in "batches" (1 or 2 dozen cookies) and some of them individually for on the spot consumption at the Gift Market!

If you need to make other arrangements, please contact Jackie. If you have any questions, call Jackie Krantz @ jkrantz777@gmail.com

Scenes from last year's Gift Market

Greetings, vendor!

My name is Darlene Burns, and I am the Vendor Liaison for the Paschal High School Band Boosters.  As you may know, we annually host the Paschal High School Band Holiday Gift Market at Paschal High School on the Saturday preceding Thanksgiving.  This year, that date falls on November 19.  I wanted to take this opportunity to invite you to join us this year.  We have heard from several of our vendors from last year, and are planning a wonderful shopping experience for the Paschal family and community.

If you have not yet made plans to join us in this fun-filled fundraiser for the Paschal Band, please consider this your official, heart-felt invitation!  At right you can download a copy of our reservation form for the Holiday Gift Market.  Please look it over and give me a call if you have any questions.  My contact information is at upper right.

If you would like to join us, simply fill out the reservation form, return it via email and drop a check into the mail via the US Postal Service.  Please enclose a printout of your reservation form with the check so we can ensure it is applied to the correct vendor!  Your email reservation is considered preliminary until we receive your reservation check.  When your check is received, I will send you an email confirmation so you will know we are expecting you!  We are looking forward to seeing you!

Thank you for taking your valuable time to read this. We appreciate you!

–Darlene Burns
