Road trip! Road trip! This band has worked hard and we need a break....

What is your student doing during Spring Break? Our band trip is scheduled for March 11-14, the first days of the Break. We will be going to Sky Ranch in Van, Texas, about 2 hours from Fort Worth. The current cost is $200 per student but that price will possibly come down.

Forms are available HERE. Your student may also pick up the forms from Mr. Wright in the band hall.

The trip fee includes all meals and transportation. It also includes activities such as zip lines, climbing walls, putt-putt, bonfire, pool with water slides (weather permitting). Additional activities such as paint ball and horseback riding are available for low fees of $15 per activity.

This will be a very relaxing band trip, the students will not be performing at all! They will spend the entire time at Sky Ranch; the ever popular competition for the "Purple Trumpet" will take place and there will even be karaoke!

We have plenty of room for more students to sign up and we also need adults to help out as chaperones. It will be an easy gig because we won't be leaving the Sky Ranch facility! The cost will be the same for the adults as the students.

There will also be a welcome back dinner provided by the boosters at the high school when the kids return from the camp on Wednesday evening, the 14th. Parents and siblings are invited to attend. If you cannot help as a chaperone on the trip we would love to have help with the dinner on Wednesday night.
